Enriching homes one au pair at a time.
Process
What is an Au Pair?
The French term 'au pair' means 'on par' or 'equal to.' When an au pair joins your family, they assume the role of a helpful family friend or a responsible older sibling, rather than an employee. They share your home, meals, outings, and even vacations if agreed upon. This arrangement provides the au pair with an authentic travel experience, immersing them in a new culture and language without incurring heavy costs. Meanwhile, your family benefits from additional support with childcare and household tasks, creating a mutually enriching experience for everyone involved.
