The Aurora Program Fee
$499
This one-time fee includes comprehensive support throughout your au pair journey—from registration and eligibility guidance to personalized host family matching, document assistance, visa support, interview preparation, and contract drafting. You’ll also receive an au pair training manual, travel coordination assistance, and valuable pre- and post-arrival resources, along with ongoing check-ins and support to ensure a smooth experience.
Please note: Airfare, visa fees, and travel insurance are not included.

We provide comprehensive support, including detailed information about the host family, interview tips, suggested questions, key topics to focus on, and assistance with scheduling your interviews.

We’ll provide you with the essential information to ensure you’re on the right track for acquiring the appropriate visa for your destination. You’ll also receive guidance on any additional immigration documents or requirements to prepare.

We assist in preparing key agreements, like the host family and au pair contract, to clearly outline responsibilities, expectations, and terms for a smooth and transparent arrangement.

Once your start or arrival date is confirmed, we’ll recommend flight itineraries and insurance options tailored to your needs. We’ll also coordinate with your host family to arrange a pickup at the airport or nearest major travel hub.

As your arrival approaches, we’ll equip you with essential resources, including a packing list, local insights, goal-setting tips, and language support if needed. You'll also receive our Au Pair Manual, covering childcare strategies, cultural adaptation, and networking. Before departure, we’ll schedule a call to ensure you're fully prepared and confident for your journey.

After arrival, we’ll schedule a 'settle-in' call to ensure your adaptation is going smoothly and help address any early challenges. You'll have access to ongoing resources, including childcare strategies, creative ideas for activities like games and arts & crafts, and periodic check-ins for continued support throughout your journey.
